Adele Marie Hilgeford

HILGEFORD, Adele Marie "Gram", age 80, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011, at her home surrounded by her cherished family. Adele Marie graduated from Julienne High School in 1948 and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and 'Gram'. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 yrs., Dwight Hilgeford who she missed terribly. Heartbroken she is now in his arms and they are reunited with their son Bill. Also preceding her were Hugh and Mildred McGilvery, her parents; brothers Hugh McGilvery II, and James McGilvery. Adele Marie is survived by daughter Christine (Larry) Connor and their children Lauren Adele, Shane and Colin; son Eric Hilgeford; son Patrick (Karen) Hilgeford and their children Kora and Josie; son Michael (Bridget) Hilgeford and their children Wyatt and Scarlett Rose; great-grandson Tristan; and sister Mary Glagaw. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at 11:30AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6245 Wilmington Pike, Sugarcreek Twp.. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Dayton, OH. The family will greet friends 2 hours prior to the service at the church. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
