Aileen Helen Sakal

SAKAL, Aileen Helen, age 68 of Kettering, formerly of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2010 at Bethany Village. Aileen was a member of the Ascension Catholic Church and the ladies auxiliary of the American Legion Post 598. She worked for many years at Key Bank in their private banking division. Preceded in death by her mother, Antoinette Wenz (nee Lonneman) and father Fred Wenz. Aileen is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Paul Sakal; children Nancy Pietrantonio and her husband Angelo, Geno Carusone and his wife Cindy, Steve Carusone, Tom Carusone, Tony Carusone and his wife Carrie, Bob Sakal and Mike Sakal; brother Jack Lakeberg; sisters Joyce (Rolf) Bick and Mary Beckman; mother-in-law Mary Sakal; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Family will greet friends on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 5:00-8:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wed., May 5 at 10:30AM at Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Dr., Kettering with Father Chris Worland officiating. Burial in David's cemetery.
