Alice Virginia Loase

LOASE, Alice Virginia (nee Sisson), age 96, of Centerville, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012. Born in Simsbury, CT, Alice met her husband, Raymond after High School and they were married in 1936. They made their home in Hawthorne, NY. Alice enjoyed sewing and baking. Her apple pies were the best. She dearly loved her family which included 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Raymond (1986); and sisters, Edna, Vivian and Ruth. Alice is survived by her children, Virginia (Thomas) Cusmano of Rahway, NJ, Raymond (Mary Lou) Loase of Ft. Wayne, IN, Donald (Mary) Loase of Dayton, OH, Robert (Maria) Loase of Grand Junction, CO, and Alice (William) Schaefer of Centerville, OH,; grandchildren, Thomas, Anthony, Donald, Robert, Bradley, Rachel, Kathy, Donna, Matthew, Danielle, Stephanie, and Alexander; great-grandchildren, Thomas, Robert, Donald, Emma, Nicole, Nicholas, Adam, Reagan, Gwen, Abby, Cristina, Nathan, Kassandra, Jacob, Taylor, Jaycee, Kaitlin, Katherine, Thomas and Maxwell. The family wishes a special thank you to the staff at The Wellington of Dayton. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 11:00am at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 81 N. Main St., Centerville OH 45458. Family will greet friends 1 hour prior to the services at 10:00am also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Centerville Cemetery.
