Mitchell, Aline, age 85, of Centerville, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2005. She was a graduate of Aken Hall High School in Olive Hill, KY and worked for over 27 years at E.F. McDonald where she retired at age 70. Aline was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and a volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital. Preceded in death by three brothers, Raymond, Estelle and Kenneth Tabor; and four sisters, Gladys DeBord, Hazel Sammons, Doris Fargo and Edith Mays. Aline is survived by her son Thomas G. Mitchell of Rancho Palace Verdes, CA; four grandchildren, Michelle, Brian, Mellissa and Mary Ann; four great-grandchildren, Mathew, Jessica, Vladamir and Amanda; two special nieces, Betty Lawless and Shirley Gordon; three special nephews, Bobby DeBord, Roger DeBord, and Joe Tabor; and her special friend, “Mac”. The family extends a special thanks to the staff at St. Leonard’s and Grand Court Retirement Community. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, April 19 at David’s Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering, with Rev. Barry DeShetler officiating.
