Alvin D. Currens

CURRENS, Alvin D., II “Al”, age 63, of Centerville passed away Sunday, February 5, 2006 at his residence. Al was a retired over the road truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin D. & Emma W. Currens; sisters, Affia C. Romes and Nita C. Ward. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Donna; son, Jeremy (Anne) Currens of West Dundee, IL; sisters; Nancy C. Witschger of Cincinnati, OH, Wendy C. (C. David) Shook of Mansfield, OH; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Beverly and Eugene Blum of Cincinnati, OH and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by friends, neighbors and extended family members. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with Rev. Keith Mackintosh officiating. Family will receive friends Friday from 5-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
