Alyce F. Brown

BROWN, Alyce F., age 84, of Kettering passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Alyce was a member of Faith Baptist Church for over 30 years. She retired from the garment industry as a seamstress. Alyce is preceded in death by her parents, Percy and Carrie (Allen) Sheley and husband, John F. Brown. Alyce is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Joan Brown, Sr. of Jasper, GA; and grandson and wife, Robert and Sarah Brown Jr. of Springfield;brohter, Donald Sheley of Redbluff, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 12, at 10:30 AM at the Faith Baptist Church, where she leaves many close brothers and sisters with Rev. Gary Favor officiating. Family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 5:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in Mt. Zion Park Cemetery, Beavercreek.
