Ann Marie Fitzpatrick

FITZPATRICK, Ann Marie, of Kettering, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2003. She was president of Parker Advertising until her retirement in 1982. Ann was a former member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman for the American Heart Association, a member of the American Business Woman’s Association and for over 40 years, a member of the Dayton Country Club. She was listed in Who’s Who in Advertising, the Who’s Who of American Women and listed in The 2000 Women of Achievement. Ann was a former staff member of Better Homes & Gardens Magazine, the National League of American Pen Women, the Dayton Women’s Club, the Pilot Club of Dayton and the Dayton Philharmonic Women’s Club. She was inducted into the Executive and Professional Hall of Fame in 1966 and a long time member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Preceded in death in 1978 by her husband, John C. Fitzpatrick and her parents, John and Maude Feuerbach. Survived by her daughter, Carole and her husband, David R. Taylor of Centerville; 3 grandchildren, Michelle Marie Taylor of Cincinnati, Caroline Taylor and her husband, Casey Kilbane of Centerville and David J. and his wife, Meghan Taylor of Miami Twp.; and 2 great grandchildren, Kobe David Taylor and Taylor Ann Kilbane. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Ave., Oakwood, with Rev. John F. Koepke III officiating. The family will greet friends from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Thursday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Entombment in Woodland Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., 24 N. Jefferson St., Dayton, OH 45402.
