Anna R. Roberts

ROBERTS, Anna R. of Centerville, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Anna was born on March 7, 1935 in Wheelwright, KY, to the late James and Janie (Patton) Harris. She graduated from Dorton HS in KY and moved to the Dayton area soon after. Anna was a passionate follower of Christ and was a longtime member of Sothern Hills UMC, where she was involved in many roles over the years. She volunteered her time frequently with PTO, West Carrolton schools, and the Dayton Senior Citizens group. Anna’s greatest passion in life was spending time with her beloved family. Her loving, caring, and sweet personality will be missed by all who knew her.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, and brother, James “Bill” Harris.

Anna is surived by her loving husband of 54 years, Richard Roberts; sons, James (Cassie) Roberts and Ronald (Amy) Roberts; grandchildren, Alex, Morgan, Lee, and Kyle; and other extended family.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton www.hospiceofdayton.org/donations/. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Hospice as well as Bethany Village for their exceptional care and support.
