Anthony Victor Cornacchione

CORNACCHIONE, Anthony Victor, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. He was born December 16, 1952, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; the son of the late Victor and Flora (Forlani) Cornacchione. Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph. He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Madeline; daughter, Marla (Seth) Gilley; grandson, Anthony; sister-in-law, Arlene and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Tony was raised in the Uptown and Brookline neighborhoods of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Madeline then moved to the suburbs of Dayton, Ohio where they made a life for over 50 years.

Tony was an avid golfer, fitness enthusiast, and family man who most enjoyed spending time with his grandson.

Family will greet friends 2-7PM on Friday, December 22 at William Slater II Funeral Home, 1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM on Saturday, December 23 at Our Lady of Victory Maronite Catholic Church, 1000 Tropical Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216.
