ULRICH, Arline, age 91 of Bellbrook, passed away on Sunday, 22nd of May at her son's residence in Bellbrook, OH.
She was a graduate of Stivers High School. Arline was active in Delta Theta Chi sorority for over 63 years. She retired from Woodley Development after many years of service. Arline and Phil volunteered for Kettering Hospital for 24 years. She was devoted to both her church, as a communion minister, and her family. Arline and Phil had a love for traveling, especially to the "Holy Land."
Preceded in death by her husband Phillip of 70 years; brother Jim Schell; sister Marie and brother in-law Todd Steiner. Arline is survived by; sons: Paul (Pat), Dave (Jan), Phillip (Lisa); grandchildren: Paul (Leesa), Jim (Amy), Michelle (Larry), Dawson (Karah), Shelby, Josh, Stacy, Joey, and Sean and 13 great-grandchildren; many special nieces and nephews. Also survived by sister, Thelma (Larry) Schott; nieces, Marline, Diane (Ralph), and Lorry; nieces Mary Anne (Jerry) and Linda (Tom); sister-in-law, Marion Ulrich; nephew, Robert (Gail) and extended families.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 26, 2011 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 10:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6425 Wilmington Pike, Centerville, OH 45459 with Rev. Tom Schmidt, celebrant. Family and friends will gather from 9:30AM - 10:30AM at the church prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials contributions may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Condolences and other remembrances may be sent to the family at www.routsong.com.
