Arvo H. Erikson

ERIKSON, Arvo H., passed away June 8th, 2005. Born in 1924 in Estonia, came to USA in 1949 with his family. Arvo worked at NCR for 28 years as a design and quality engineer, then at Synergy Inc, in hydrospace. He loved water and snow skiing. Belonged to NCR Water Ski Club, taking part in ski shows, competition and judging. Arvo was a lifetime member of the Dayton Ski Club, OVSC, and participated in snow ski racing. Served on Metro, Sugarcreek and Mad River Ski Patrols. Was recognized for 40 years continuous service by the National Ski Patrol. Leaves wife, Ausma of 58 years, 2 daughters – Silvia (John) Langdon and Karen Erikson and 5 grandchildren. Contributions can be made to the Estonian Relief Committee, Inc. 243 E. 34th St., New York, NY 10016-4852. Visitation at Sunday, June 12th from 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be Monday, June 13th at 11:00AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH 45429 with Pastor G. Silavs officiating.
