Barbara J. Mcguinn

McGuinn (Seitz), Barbara J., age 85, of Centerville passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Barbara graduated from Julienne High School and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. After raising her children, she worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital for 20 years as a unit clerk. She was a member of Church of the Incarnation and she belonged to the Catholic Ladies of Columbia. Utmost in Barbara's life was her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lydia and Joseph Hallan, and husband Arthur L. Seitz. Barbara was a loving and devoted mother to her children Arthur Seitz, Kathy Mudge, Michael Seitz, Thomas Seitz, Susan Seitz, Sandra Seitz, Robert Seitz, and James McGuinn; grandchildren Dawn, Heather, Jeff, Jenny, Danny, and Becky; great-grandchildren Amanda, Kaitlynn, Rhiannon, great-great-grandchildren, Chloe and Braden. Barbara was also preceded in death by her former husband, William (Pat) McGuinn. Survivors also included his children Patrick, Kelly, Tim, Mary, and Steven. A special thanks to Rose Loxley who assisted in caring for her and the Dayton South Regional dialysis staff. Family will greet friends on Thursday, January 17, 2013, from 5:30-7:30pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St. Centerville. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 18, 2013 at the Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave., Centerville, Ohio 45459. Burial in Calvary Cemetery to follow.
