Barbara M. Paddock

age 82 of Kettering, died Monday, August 20, 2001 at Hospice of Dayton. She was a 1937 graduate of Stivers High School and a member of the Miami Valley Golf Club. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Phoebe (Stoner) Macpherson; a daughter, Penny Schaffer; and a brother, David Macpherson. Survived by her husband, Doyle H. Paddock; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Randy Arnold and Patsy and Ed Okolish, all of Kettering; 8 grandchildren, John, Michael and Robert Cramer, Katherine and Laura Schaffer, Alex Okolish, and Katie and Eric Arnold; a son-in-law, Dr. Mark Schaffer of Oakwood; a brother, John Macpherson of Louisville, KY; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M., Saturday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Edward A. Puff officiating. Private burial in David's Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 P.M., Friday in the funeral home.
