Barbara S. Mccune

'Tee' age 78, Kettering passed away Monday, February 9, 2004 at Hospice of Dayton. Barbara was a graduate of Oakwood High School and received her degree from Rollins College. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, the Altar Guild, Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, The Junior League of Dayton and the Moraine Country Club. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. “Bud” McCune in December 2002; parents, Myer “Bunt”and Marie (Kouns) Stanley; and sisters, Jane Stanley Maher, Elma Stanley Bauer, Phyllis Stanley Hall and Marilyn Stanley. She is survived by sons, Alex of Cincinnati, Dave (Pam) of Cincinnati, Scott (Kathy) of Atlanta; daughter, Molly (Steve) Cobb of Oakwood; five grandsons; and four granddaughters. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 12, 2004 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 33 W. Dixon Ave. in Oakwood with The Rev. John F. Koepke III officiating. Family will greet friends following the memorial service at the Moraine Country Club. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 33 W.
