Brad Gabriel Roberts

ROBERTS, Brad Gabriel, age 41, formerly of Centerville, OH passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017. He was a 1993 graduate of Centerville High School and attended the University of Tennessee where he was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business from Wright State University. After graduation he worked for Bearing Point at Wright Patterson Airforce Base. Working at DHL (CVG hub) for the last 11 years as a Senior Financial Manager, his colleagues have noted that he was a very devoted employee and the go to guy for any finance or accounting questions. Brad grew up in the Incarnation parish and continued his Catholic faith at various churches. Brad was a godfather to his nephew, Camden, niece Kara, and friends daughter, Sophie. Brad had a passion for all sports, especially University of Tennessee football, Cincinnati Bengals, and Cincinnati Reds. He would even travel over the years to watch his favorite teams play in different cities. As a wonderful son, brother, uncle, and friend he had a kind heart always thinking of others first. Brad was preceded in death by his father Gary Norris Roberts, grandfather Gabriel Orlando, and grandmother Vida Roberts. He is survived by his mother Anna Maria Roberts-Furneisen (Jim Furneisen), grandmother Tina Orlando, brother Barry Roberts (Tracy) and Ashlin Stoltz, sister Bridget Weckesser (Mark), nieces Kara and Karma Roberts, nephews Camden and Connor Weckesser, and many other relatives he loved from both families. The family will receive friends and family from 5:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Incarnation Parish, 55 Williamsburg Lane, Centerville 45459. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery.
