Capt. Nicholas James Harrod

HARROD, Nicholas James, age 41, completed his final flight here on Earth on April 5, 2025. He was born March 21, 1984 in Fullerton, California to Andrew and Lori (Barnett) Harrod. Nicholas is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah and children, Noah and Natalie.

A devoted husband, father, and remarkable flight nurse at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Nicholas touched countless lives throughout his distinguished career and personal life. Nicholas was more than a skilled instructor and evaluator; he was a beacon of compassion and dedication, embodying excellence in everything he did. His legacy as a clinician and his unwavering commitment to his patients and colleagues will resonate for years to come. He devoted his time not only to his profession but also to creating cherished memories with those he loved. Though his time with us was far too short, Nicholas leaves behind a profound impact that will continue to inspire all who knew him. His spirit will forever remain in our hearts, a testament to a life dedicated to service and love.
