Carol J. Stevens

STEVENS, Carol J., age 79, of Dayton, formerly of Battle Creek, MI passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018. Carol was born on September 28, 1938 to William and Angela (Schoen) Neidhardt in Toledo, OH. She graduated from St. Ursula Academy in Toledo, and attended University of Toledo. Her greatest joy was brought to her by her children and grandchildren. Carol made their sporting events her top priority and never missed an opportunity to cheer from the stands. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Stevens; son, Michael; granddaughter, Nicole; sisters, Barbara Witt and Sharon Imboden. Carol is survived by her daughter, Molly (Robert) Leary; grandchildren, James Stevens, Nicholas and Ryan Leary; great-grandchildren, Kaelyn Hicks, Kennedy and Karter Kauffman, and numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff at Elmcroft of Washington Twp. and Hospice of Dayton. Family will greet friends on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd, Kettering. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Church of the Incarnation, 7415 Far Hills Ave. Centerville, OH.
