Chad Justin Perkins

age 24, of Beavercreek, passed away, Tuesday, February 18, 2003 after a 24 year battle with Duschenne muscular dystrophy. Chad was a graduate of Beavercreek High School. Survived by his parents, Michael and Kathleen Perkins; brother, Michael Perkins; and sister, Nicole Perkins. He was loved by everyone who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 21, 2003 at Woodland Mausoleum, 118 Woodland Ave., Dayton with Father William Kramer officiating. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the funeral service at Woodland Mausoleum. Special thanks to Bob Beekman and all the people at the Special Education Dept. at Beavercreek High School and the MD Clinic at Ohio State University.
