PALMER, Charles C., age 82 of Trotwood, died Friday, July 14, 2000. He served in the Air Force and was part of the 2nd Air Depo Group, 8th Air Force and was stationed in England for 8 years. Charles was a member of the Dayton Lion's Club and the Antioch Shrine. Survived by his wife, Ellen Louise Palmer, a sister, Doralice P. Hinton of Newtown Square, PA; and 3 nieces, Cheryl Anello of Abington, PA, Pamela Jankowski of CA, and Ellie Jacobsen of Buckingham, PA. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday at Miami Valley Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 1639 E. Lytle Five Points Rd., Centerville. If desired, contributions may be made to the Lion's Eye Bank of West Central Ohio, 120 Ziegler St., Dayton, Ohio 45402, or to Friendship Village, 5790 Denlinger Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45426. The family is being served by Routsong Funeral Home.
