WILLIAMS, Charles Edward “Chuck”, “Popi”, age 83, of Washington Twp., passed away Friday, September 16, 2005 at his residence. Chuck was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church. He was a Master Plumber for more than 58 years. He was a member of Local #162 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union, and the Loyal Order of the Moose. Chuck served his country with distinction in the Pacific Theater during WWII as a member of the U.S.M.C. Once a Marine, always a Marine. He is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Hazel Williams and sister-in-law Jean Williams. He is survived by his cherished wife of 58 years and his life partner Eugenia Dolores, and his loving family members; devoted children and friends, Christine and Roger Wallace; # 2 daughter and son, Kate and Dick Dungan; eldest son and daughter-in-law, Steve Williams and Judy Holbrook; beloved brother, Jim Williams; niece and nephew, Connie and Karl Eggenschwiller; grandchildren, Jason (Dana) Williams, Nathan (Elizabeth) Williams, Alexandra and Nicholas Wallace; Todd Dungan and Michael Dungan; great-grandson, Benjamin O’Brien Williams; younger brother, Sam Williams; nephew, Gary Williams; special friend, Kenny Westendorf and all his other friends at Rambo Westendorf Plumbing. A special thanks to Deborah Rose, Angel of Mercy, at Hospice of Dayton. There will be a memorial service at 4:00PM on Wednesday, September 21, 2005 in the Kohler Center at the Presidential Banquet Center with a celebration of Chuck’s long and distinguished life immediately following the service. In memory of Chuck, contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420. Condolences may be sent to the family via the website to www. routsong.com.
