WILTSEE, Charles F., retired, age 60, of Kettering passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2004. Charles was a housing inspector for the city of Dayton and attended the Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Mary (Smith) Wiltsee. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Carole; brother, James R. (Vonnie) Wiltsee of Oakwood; nephew, Jeff “Box Car” (Tina) Wiltsee of CT; grand-nephew, Obadiah Wiltsee; aunt, Mattie Gabbard of Gray Hawk, KY; numerous cousins in WV and KY and good friends, Richard (Linda) Parsons of Huber Heights and Dick Fricke of Dayton. A memorial celebration will be held Saturday, October 16, at 1:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren, 800 E. David Rd., Kettering with Rev. Larry Tyner and Rev. Byron Flory officiating. In memory of Charles contributions may be made to Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren, 800 E. David Rd., Kettering, OH 45429 or to the charity of your choice.
