Charles Herbert Riebe

RIEBE, Charles Herbert, age 76, of Centerville, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011. Charles graduated from Youngstown University and proudly served his country in the US Navy. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and retired from Frigidaire as a CPM after 35 yrs. of loyal service. Charles was a wonderful and funny man whom everyone loved, as well as being an incredibly skilled lecturer. Preceded in death by his parents Lola F. and Paul Riebe; sister Patricia Criscione. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 35 yrs., Mary Carol (nee George) Riebe; children Lisa (Jack) Price, Brett (Linda) Riebe and Todd Riebe; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 4th, 2011 at 10:30AM with visiting from 9:30-10:30AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6245 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, OH, with Father Tom Schmidt officiating. A Memorial Celebration will also be held on June 4th from 12:00-3:00PM at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, OH.
