Christine H. Lyons

LYONS, Christine, age 96, of Springboro, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2018. Christine was born on May 28, 1921 to John and Marie (Moore) Ford in Dunkirk, IN. She loved to read and listen to audio books on CD. Christine enjoyed collecting antique beer mugs and her favorite flower was the African violet. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Don R. Lyons; sisters, June Haney, Jean Hartzog; brothers, Richard and Harry Ford. Christine is survived by daughter, Claudia (Rick) Bernard; grandchildren, David Ford Perkins, Jennifer Elly Perkins; sister, Shirley Ford Young, numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Hospice of Dayton and Southview Medical Center for their compassionate care of Christine. Funeral Service will take place 11am, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St, Centerville. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
