Christopher James Bailey

BAILEY, Christopher, James, age 51 of Centerville, Ohio passed away Friday, August 24, 2018. He was a graduate of Beechcroft High School in 1985 and received his BS from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. Chris honorably served his country in the United States Army National Guard/ 91bravo - medic with the 166th infantry unit located in Columbus, Ohio. Chris loved working as the broker/owner of Ohio Home Realty and was member of the Southbrook Christian Church. Chris was a devoted father who was a HUGE Ohio State Buckeye and Pittsburg Steeler fan. Chris loved vacationing in Deep Creek Lake with his boys during the annual Bailey reunion where he always caught the "biggest" fish. Chris enjoyed golf, racquetball, fishing and also volunteering at local soup kitchens. Chriss favorite activity was spending time with his three sons whether they were fishing, vacationing or watching the Buckeyes play! Preceded in death by his father Johnnie Bailey. He is survived by his sons Luke, Max and Zach Bailey, Mothers Katrina (Mike) OConner, Judy (Robert) Bailey-Julian, Brothers David (Roxanne, Tiffany, Brooke) Bailey, Matthew (Chrissy, Juniper, Johnnie) Bailey and Michael (Erin, Sadie, Haylee) Ratliff, Sister Kim(Tim, Rachel, Maren, Lindsay), Cousins Duane (Barbara) Bailey, Stuart (Kathy) Bailey, Karen (Tim) Irvin, Kristi (Kent) Weathers and Best Friend Tim (Kim) Woodyard and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Thursday August 30th at the Routsong Centerville Chapel located at 81 North Main St, Centerville, OH 45459.
