Clara Cecelia Richter

RICHTER, Clara Cecelia Olsen Johnson, age 104, of Centerville and New York, passed away Sunday, February 29, 2004 after living a full life. Born in 1899 on Staten Island, NY and raised in Norway and Sweden, she returned to the United States in 1920. Here she began her own family and raised three children. Clara is preceded in death by her parents, Kristian and Julia (Carlson) Olsen; husband, Leo; brothers, Einar and Oskar; her daughter, Mildred; son, Clarence; sons-in-law, George Mayers and Bill Morgret. She is survived by one daughter, Ruth Mayers of Centerville; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Brighton Gardens and Heartland Hospice for their loving care. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 2 at 6:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd, Kettering. Family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 4 to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
