age 98, of Kettering, died October 9, 2003, in Raleigh, NC, where he spent his last 6 years. He had his B.S. in Engineering from Carnegie-Melon. Colin was a retired engineer from Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He was a Lt. Colonel when he retired from the Air Force, serving during World War II. Colin was a former member of Oakwood United Methodist Church and Oak Creek United Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Mildred J. McInnes. Survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Ned Middendorf of Morton, IL; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Pat McInnes of Raleigh, NC; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, at David’s Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd., Kettering. Arrangements are being made by Routsong Funeral Home.
