HOLAHAN, Coralee Odell “Corky”, age 94, of Dayton passed away Wednesday March 3, 2021, at Springfield Masonic Home. She was born on December 11, 1926 in Dayton, to the late James and Helen Odell. Coralee was a longtime member of the South Park United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Garden Club. Coralee was an accountant for years at her husband’s optometry business.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James M. Holahan O.D., and sister Marilyn McKinney.
Coralee is survived by her son, James Holahan; grandchildren, Sara (Jason) Hunt & Benjamin Holahan; great-granddaughter, Cora Leigh Hunt; Nephews, Mark & Steve McKinney; and other extended family and friends.
Funeral and Eastern Star services will be held at 12:00pm on Tuesday, March 9, at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, with visitation from 11:00am to 12:00pm prior. A livestream of the service will be available on Routsong’s YouTube channel for those unable to attend. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Springfield Masonic Home, especially nurse Amy, for all the excellent care they provided Coralee.
