Courtney Jo Wertz

age 14 of Centerville, died Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2001. Courtney was a 6th grade student at Watts Middle School in Centerville. Survived by her parents, Dan and Judy; 2 brothers, Trevor and Nathan; grandparents, Bob and Susie Wertz of Dayton and John and Phyllis Herzog of Columbus; Great Grandmother, Agnes Knoop of Columbus; 2 aunts, Janie Quinn of PA and Barb Early of Columbus; 2 uncles, Charlie and Andy Wertz of Dayton; several cousins; and special friends, Sue Borm and Pat Rentz. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday at Shiloh Church, 5300 Philadelphia Dr., Dayton with Rev. Bobbie Predmore officiating. The family will greet friends from 1-3:00 P.M., Saturday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
