WATSON, Curtis M., age 90, of Centerville, passed away Saturday, April 26, 2003, at St. Leonard's. Curtis retired from Delco Products after 40 years of service. He was a long-time member of Church of the Ascension. Curtis was a volunteer for the city of Kettering and belonged to the 25 Year Club of General Motors. Preceded in death in 1999 by his wife of 64 years, Clara; daughter, Rita; grandson, Jeffrey Zukowitz; 2 sisters, Ruth Webb and Jenny Hampton; half-sister, Shirley Orwig; and half-brother, Howard Watson. Survived by 5 daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lou and Donald Walker of Centerville, Janice and Thomas Zukowitz of Beavercreek, Carole and Larry Focke of Tarpon Springs, FL, Jacqueline and William Mahle of Kettering and Saundra Horn of Dayton; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Patricia Watson of Kettering; 22 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and sister, Juanita Douglas of Dayton. This man was honored and loved by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He left a legacy of integrity and gentle love to all who knew him. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday at Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr., Dayton. Private burial at Calvary Mausoleum. The family will greet friends 5:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering.
