Cynda Lou Kehl

KEHL, Cynda Lou (nee Bayliff), age 72 of Kettering, passed away on Monday, June 07, 2010. Cynda graduated from DePauw University and received her teaching certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She was a retired Kettering school teacher and volunteered with the Muse Machine, Kettering Optimists and the Sister City exchange program. Cynda was an exceptional teacher who loved helping her students. She and her husband enjoyed many travels around the world. Cynda was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Catherine "Kay" Bayliff and her brother-in-law, Don Huey. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Paul L. Kehl; nephews, Michael Keefer and Eric Ransom; niece, Gabby Call; sisters, Sandra (Mike) Keefer and Lynda Huey; great nieces Riley, Ella and Dovie; and her faithful dog, Paddington Bear. Cynda will be missed by her many teaching colleagues, Muse Machine friends, long time neighbors and her traveling sisters. The family will gather with friends for remembrance and refreshments from 5:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday, June 11, 2010 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH 45429.
