Daniel L. West

Daniel "Dan" L. West , age 55, of Kettering went to be with the Lord on July 6, 2015. Dan is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Terri (Moorhead) and sons, Stephen and Edward West. He graduated from Bellbrook High School in 1977 and was well known in the community for walking his dogs. Dan was a faithful member of the Kettering Assembly of God (KAG). He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and member of the Browns Backers of Greater Dayton. Dan enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and having fun in the sun. His family extends thanks to Hospice of Dayton, caregivers William Young and son Stephen, and the loving support from family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 5pm at Kettering Assembly of God, 2250 E Stroop Rd. Family will greet friends and loved ones one hour prior to service, 4pm-5pm. Dan expressed his wishes that your favorite football jersey or Hawaiian shirt be worn for his services. Please no suits or ties.
