David A. Cook

COOK, David A. age 48, of Centerville, (formerly of Pennington, NJ), passed away Friday, December 27, 2002. David attended the Church of the Incarnation. He received his Bachelor Degree from Marietta College. He was employed in Accounting and Finance for GM and Delphi Corp. for many years. Preceded in death by his father, Roy E. Cook, he is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Wenczel) Cook of Centerville; 3 children, Christopher age 16, Julia age 14 and Benjamin age 9; mother and stepfather, Janet and Sam Howard of Williamsburg, Virginia; 2 sisters, Debbie Cook and her husband, Leo Glade of Colorado and Beth Bucher and her husband, Bob of Pennsylvania; brother, Ken Cook and his wife, June of New Jersey and several nieces and nephews. Survivors also include, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Art and Carol Wenczel, many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be held Monday, December 30, 2002 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Incarnation, Centerville. Family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:00 AM at the church. In memory of David, contributions may be made to the Christian Children's Fund, 2821 Emery Wood Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294, or the Cook Children's Education Fund, c/o of Fifth Third Bank, 1003 S.
