David Alan Lykins

LYKINS, David Alan, age 64, of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 2, 2016. He was born on May 21, 1951, in Dayton, OH to Thelma M. Kibler Lykins and the late Herschel Lykins. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Jo Lykins-Seibel. David is survived by one sister, Barbara Trump of Kettering, OH; 2 nieces, Nikki (Jason) Bonds and Chelli (Bobby) Jones; three nephews, Curtis, Ryan, and Kevin Trump; six great- nieces and nephews and 2 brother-in-laws, Ralph Seibel and Doug Trump. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, OH. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service from 12:00pm-1:00pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Ohio, 11 W. Monument Ave, #101, Dayton, OH 45402.
