Deloris N. Elam

ELAM, Deloris N., age 93, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 26, 2014. She was born on February 15, 1921 in Park Rapids, MN. Deloris served in the United States Navy during WWII. She was very active in her church and enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Deloris was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Elam. She is survived by her daughters, Sherry (Robert) Kersteiner and Rita (Bill) Taulbee; grandchildren, Brian (Laura), Geniya, Adam, and Nathan; granddogs, Maddie, Samantha and Nanoki; and many other relatives and friends. The family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00pm on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 East Stroop Rd., Kettering. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am the following morning also at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Deloris's memory to Hospice of Dayton or Centerville Grace Church.
