Denzil Howard Anderson

ANDERSON, Denzil Howard passed away, August 14, 2007. He was born in Lynn, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents the late Denzil M. and Marie Hopkins Anderson and one brother, Harold H. Anderson. He is survived by his wife, Golda Kathleen Anderson; son, Edwin Booth Anderson and his wife, Tara; 2 grandchildren; and 2 nephews, Richard and Sherry Anderson of Houston, TX and Philip and Patty of Dallas, TX. He graduated from Lynn High School, Lynn, IN and Purdue University with a degree in Engineering. He worked with the Navy Bureau of Ships in Washington, DC before serving two years in the United States Army. He was retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Aeronautical Systems. After retirement, he had managed his farms in Indiana, and worked to improve his forest land. He is a member of Central Christian Church, NARFE Chapter 1927, National Forestry Foundation, Indiana Farm Owners Association and the Forest Owners Association. Services will be held August 29, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. David Turner officiating. Visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment at David’s Cemetery, Kettering. In memory of Denzil contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
