Dixie K. Beddies

BEDDIES, Dixie K., age 87, of Dayton, OH, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016 by natural causes surrounded by her loved ones. Dixie was born to the late George and Ethel Wichael on September 25, 1928. Dixie was a lifelong resident of Dayton and a graduate of Kiser High School. She is preceded in death by her son, Rex Eugene; granddaughter, Joanne Beddies Cassady; brothers Olin, Frank, Guy, and Gene Wichael and sisters, Hilda, Margaret, Ruth and Norma. Dixie is survived by her husband of 68 years, Donald C. Beddies, Sr.; sons, Donald C. (Lynda) Beddies, Jr., Glen O. Beddies, Sr., and Larry Lee (Cheri) Beddies; grandsons, Douglas (Christine) Beddies, Shawn (Heather) Beddies and Glen (Garietta) Beddies, Jr.; granddaughters, Tammy (Mark) Ewry and Kristina (Greg) Speidel; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Logan, Connor, Cody, Corey, Cameron, Makayla, Tanner, Brayden, Kyra, Corey, Cole, and Sara; her very special niece, Roxanne (Wesley) Rouch and many nieces, nephews, beloved family members and good friends. Family will greet friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Thursday, February 4th, 2016 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Friday, February 5th, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery.
