Donald A. Greene

GREENE, Donald Adrain, age 76, of Kettering, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at home. Donald was born on January 25, 1939 in Greenfield, OH. to the late Donald and Velma Greene. He graduated from Wilbur Wright High School and attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN. Donald served his country in the U.S. Army and worked at DESC for over 30 years. He retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force base. Donald was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church and Faith Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by parents and his stillborn baby brother. Donald is survived by his wife, Carol (Pfander) Greene; daughters, Melanie (Charles W. II) LeVan and Kimberley Anne (Timothy E.) Meehan; grandchildren, Joseph, Mike, Grace and June Meehan. Family will greet friends from 9:00am-11:00am on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering with a funeral service to follow at the funeral home. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati, 4623 Wesley Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45212.
