Postal Service carrier for 39 years and a honorary member of the Eintracht Singing Society. He was married for 49 years to Betty A. McIntosh (deceased). Survived by 2 brothers: Thomas and Florence McIntosh, Richard and Arlene McIntosh, 4 daughters: Deborah McIntosh, Rebecca and John Monteith, Cynthia and Daniel Stammen, Joyce and Howard Chasteen; 1 son, Donald II and Susan McIntosh; 8 grandchildren, John II and Amanda Monteith, Amy and Jeffrey Stammen, Aubrey Chasteen, Renee Osborne, and Lori and Mark McIntosh; 2 great grandchildren, McKayla Nordstrom and Zakarie Osborne. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday,April 4 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave., at Irving with Pastor Bill Zimmann officiating. Burial in Glen Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home.
