Donald E. Wisher

WISHER, Donald E., age 77, of Oakwood, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2004. Donald was a Boatsmen of LST serving in both WWII and Korea. He attended Stivers High School and BGSU in Berkeley, CA. Donald was a member of Fairmont Presbyterian Church, Kettering Banjo Society, Community Golf Course, Alpha Lodge #729 F&AM, Antioch Temple, AASR Valley of Dayton, Shrine Marching Patrol, and Past President, City of Dayton Mens Golf Association. He was the Manager for the Loan Department at Citizens Federal Savings and Loan. Survived by his two daughters, Mary Dee Wisher and her son, J. Austin, Melody Ann (Ralph) Hinton and their three sons, Russell Scott, Brian Douglas, Shawn Donald; son, Michael Scott (Gail) Wisher and their two daughters, Ali Marie and Jenna Leigh. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday at Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave., Oakwood with Dr. Gary Exman officiating. Family will receive friends from 4-7:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
