Doris J. Fleck

age 71, of Kettering, died Wednesday, May 23, 2001 at Kettering Medical Center. She was a graduate of Wilbur Wright School and had retired with over 35 years of service from Ohio Bell. Doris was a member of Ascension Catholic Church and Telephone Pioneers. Preceded in death by parents and 2 sisters, Virginia Krug and Eileen Schiebrel. Survived by 3 sisters, Alice and her husband, Dick Slinkard of Huber Heights, Irma Fleck of Beavercreek and Mary Ann and her husband, Martin Murphy of Columbus; brother, Harold and his wife, June Fleck of Beavercreek; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, in Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Dr., Kettering. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, in Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. In lieu of flowers, the memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Miami Valley Area, 124 N. Jefferson St., Dayton OH 45402 or the charity of your choice.
