Dorothy M. Back

BACK, Dorothy M., age 83, of Dayton, passed away, Sunday, December 8, 2002 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. She was a longtime member of Holy Angels Church. Dorothy attended Stivers High School. She volunteered for many years at the Second Shelf and was a member of the Patterson Park Association. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Anna Gratsch, husband, Harold Back in 1974, 2 sisters, Lucille Blakely, Eleanor Fenner, brother, Fred Gratsch and 2 children, Robert and James who died during infancy. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Edward H. and his wife, Linda Back; daughter, Elaine Back; step grandchildren, Robin Kiggins and David True; brother, Edward Gratsch and several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 13, 2002 at Holy Angels Catholic Church, with prayers at 9:15 AM at the funeral home. Family will receive friends from 5 to 7:00 PM Thursday evening at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering. Burial in David's Cemetery.
