Dr. Thomas E. Jarrett, age 95, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on April 19, 1921 to the late Jerome and Edna (Elsworth) Jarrett, in Middletown, Ohio. Tom is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Heloise (Shelton) Jarrett. Services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Entombment at David's Mausoleum. If desired, memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Dayton in Dr. Jarrett's memory.
