Duane Eugene Baughman

BAUGHMAN, Duane Eugene, age 71, of Centerville, OH, formerly of Fairborn and Ashland, OH, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was born on March 25, 1943 in Ashland, OH to the late Carl E. and Olive L. Baughman. Duane graduated from Ashland High School then, he served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant. Duane started his Electrical Apprenticeship, working as an electrician for many prominent electrical firms in the Dayton area. The last portion of his career was spent working for Cox Industries at the Dayton Daily News center. He was a member of IBEW local 82. Duane was preceded in death by his brother, Wendall L. Baughman and niece, LuAnn Junker. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Lexie Baughman; daughter, Natalie Lewis; step-daughters, Karen Doyle and Deborah Gross; and five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville. Family will greet friends two hours before the service at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Miami Valley Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to any charity of your choice will be appreciated.
