E. Yvonne Knab

KNAB, E. Yvonne, age 71, of Centerville, passed away on Wednesday June 16, 2021. Yvonne was born on August 27, 1949 in Baltimore, MD to Lloyd Sr. and Mary (Ervin) Beaulac. She was a lifelong educator and taught in both Dayton and Kettering Schools. Yvonne also served as principle of Edison Elementary school, and curriculum coordinator of Kettering Schools before her retirement. She was an avid reader and could often be found reading her favorite novels during her free time. Yvonne would often travel with her family to Daytona Beach, FL where they would spend many vacations enjoying the beach. Her kind, caring, and helpful personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and in-law Jack Knab. Yvonne is survived by her husband of 35 years Peter Knab; son, Michael Knab; sister, Pauline Dill; sister-in-law, Carolyn Knab; and nephew, Phil (Yvonne) Tiderman. A visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Friday, June 25, 2021, at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St, Centerville, OH 45459, with a service to follow.
