Effie L. Noble

age 92 of West Carrollton, died Sunday, July 7, 2002 at Elmcreek Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and the United Women's Society. She retired after 31 years from WPAFB. Survived by, daughter, Willetta Noble; 3 sisters-in-law, Helen Sebastian and husband Jack of Austin, IN; Marie Gillette and husband James of Dayton; Evalee Kleplinger of Dayton; niece, Lois Fraley of Dayton; nephews, Mark and Ray Fraley of Dayton. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1:30 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 6 Oakwood Ave., Oakwood. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from noon until 1:30.
