Elizabeth R. Recher

RECHER, Elizabeth R., “Beth”, age 85, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2005. She retired after 34 years with The Koehring Company in Dayton. Elizabeth was a long time member since 1948 of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She was extremely active in the church, serving in the choir for 55 years, the Women’s Group, and she taught Sunday School. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Abbott, and her first husband, Paul Keating. Survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Everett Recher; nephew, Larry Abbott and niece, Carol Sue Kingham. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 31, 2005 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 141 S. Ludlow St., with Pastor Jeffrey Campbell officiating. Family will receive friends at the church from 9:30–10:30 AM. Burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
