Erin Lea Romas

ROMAS, Erin Lea (Davis), age 42, of Washington Township passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2013. She was born on February 11, 1970 in Dayton, OH. Her parents are Jean A. Davis (deceased) and Patricia Strayer Davis. Erin attended Kettering Fairmont High School and Sinclair Community College. She was in the food and beverage industry. In 2011, she married Justin Romas, a friend of many years. Erin was a member of St. George's Episcopal Church. She enjoyed traveling in England and Ireland and especially enjoyed visiting the Smoky Mountains. She loved to read, played the piano in her younger years, and enjoyed watching football. Erin was a very outgoing person who loved being with people. She was very generous, kind and caring towards others. She was proud to be an organ donor so that others might be helped to survive or improve their lives. Erin is survived by her husband, Justin Romas; daughter, Emily Davis; mother, Patricia Davis; brother, Jonathan Davis; step-children, Taylor, Seth and Jared Romas; aunts, Diane (M.R.) Simpers and Cynthia (Larry) Rigel; and six cousins. A memorial service will be held at 4:00pm on February 18th at St. George's Episcopal Church, 5520 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, OH 45429. Inurnment will be in St. Francis Memorial Garden at St. George's. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George's Episcopal Church Youth Ministries, 5520 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, OH 45429.
