Ethel Mary Zajovitz

ZAJOVITS, Ethel Mary, age 87, of Kettering, formerly of Dayton passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011. She was a graduate of Roosevelt High School class of 1942 and later achieved her beautician’s license. Ethel was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She also belonged to the Dayton Madgyar Club and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #9927. Ethel will be remembered as a devoted mother and wife and a woman who loved to dance. Preceded in death by daughter, Barbara Ann Zajovits; brother, Joseph Arde; and sisters, Elizabeth Sebastian and Irene Wicinski. Ethel is survived by her loving husband and life long dancing partner, of 63 years Martin Zajovits; sons, Anthony (Betsy) Zajovits, Gary (Pamela) Zajovits, David Zajovits, and Martin Zajovits; daughter, Elizabeth Zajovits; granddaughters, Samantha, Katelyn, and Sarah; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will greet friends from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at ROUTSONG FUNERAL HOME, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering 45429. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30AM on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd., Kettering 45429.
