Eva C. Harshman

HARSHMAN, Eva C., age 82, of Kettering passed away peacefully on March 22, 2006. Eva is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 61 years, John; daughters, Cheryl Fitzsimmons and Pam Henderson; sons and daughters-in-law, John and Vicki, Doug and Shannon, and Jeff and Fran; grandchildren include, Mark, John, Chad, Jason, Angela, Heather, Amanda, Justin and Amanda. In addition, she has 15 siblings, 14 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by grandson, Kevin Butts. Eva was a 1943 graduate of Wilbur Wright High School in Dayton, OH. She was an employee of Bell Telephone and NCR, where she worked on the Norden bombsite. Eva retired from Lazarus in 1988. Her family would like to thank Bethany Lutheran Village and Hospice of Dayton for their outstanding care. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 25, 2006 at 1:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering with Rev. Greg King officiating. Burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Beavercreek. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
