age 73, of Centerville, died Tuesday, December 4, 2001. She was born in Gornoy, Dupeney, Macedonia, in the former Yugoslavia. Eva served as Vice President of Sterling Group Associates in the field of commercial mortgages. In the early 1950s, Eva was instrumental in creating the first federal legislation for veterans' family benefits. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Eftim and Mila Nanchoff; two brothers, Thomas and Slava Nanchoff; and daughter, Theresa Kennedy. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Harold R. Fetter; son, Michael Kennedy of Taos, NM; son, Julius Fetter of Dayton; daughter, Christina and her husband, Chris Frost; two granddaughters, Nichole Fetter and Lauren Frost; and sister, Eleanor Osborn of Springfield, OH. Funeral services will be held in Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville, Saturday, at 10:00 AM, with burial following the service at David's Mausoleum. Friends may visit with the family on Friday at the funeral home from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, 409 E.
